Placeholder marks. Reachara is new and has no customers to name yet — when there are, they will be named here with their permission.
Finding creators in a niche is easy. Finding the ones whose last video outran their own following — with an address in the bio you can actually write to — is the part that takes a week.
Everything a first email needs, from one scan
The ranking, the contact and the tag that found them arrive together. There is no second tool, no export into a scraper, and no step where you open profiles by hand to see whether an address is in there.
Breakout detection
Every video is ranked by plays divided by the creator's own followers. A video that outran its audience by 900x is a signal; a celebrity having an ordinary week is not.
A contact, and its grade
The address comes out of the bio the creator published themselves, and arrives labelled — business, link, personal, or none. You know what you are writing to before you write.

Hashtags that pay off
Measured contactable-rate varies about 9x between tags. Reachara keeps score across scans, so the sweep drifts toward the tags that actually return reachable creators.

Ranked by amplification, not by follower count
Follower count tells you the audience a creator already had. Plays divided by followers tells you whether their last video found an audience they did not — which is the only part you are actually buying. Rank that way and the top of the list stops being famous and starts being useful.

How a scan works
10 credits, a couple of minutes, and you are reading a ranked list of creators instead of building one.
01
Name a niche
One field. Reachara turns it into about 12 TikTok hashtag pages — keyword search is blocked on TikTok, hashtag pages are not, and that is the whole trick.
02
Sweep the tags
A couple of minutes, roughly 1,000 videos, each scored by how far it outran the account that posted it. 10 credits.
03
Take the contactable ones
Videos collapse into unique creators, deduplicated and sorted by amplification, each carrying its graded contact. Export the CSV, or pull the same rows from the API.
Measured, not modelled
One live scan of a single hashtag, timed end to end. A full sweep is about 12 tags and roughly 1,000 videos in a couple of minutes, for 10 credits.

with a contactable email
25 of 69 creators, on one tag, on one day. Contactable rate is the figure that moves most between hashtags — we have measured about a 9x spread — so treat this as what one tag returned, not as what yours will.
What Reachara does not do
No audience demographics. Follower age, gender and location need follower-graph access we do not have, so there are no demographic charts anywhere in the product — not estimated, not modelled, not shown. Everything Reachara reports comes from public video and profile data you could open yourself, one profile at a time, given the week.
What changes when the list arrives ranked
No customer quotes here yet — Reachara is new. These are the three things the scan is built to change, stated so you can check them on your own first run.
You stop paying for reach you already have
Follower count sells you the audience a creator already had. Amplification tells you whose last video found an audience they did not — which is the one you are actually buying.
You stop reading bios by hand
The part of this job that is genuinely manual is opening profiles to see whether there is an address in them. That is the part a scan finishes in seconds, graded.
You stop guessing at hashtags
Two tags in the same niche can differ 9x in how many reachable creators they return. Scores accumulate across your scans, so the guess narrows every time.
The same scans, behind one API key
api.reachara.com is the same application as the dashboard, on purpose. A key and a browser session read one credit balance instead of two — a scan costs 10 credits whichever one starts it, and there is no second contract to sign for programmatic access.

}Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
TikTok hashtag pages, read the same way a browser reads them. Keyword search is blocked to automated clients; hashtag pages are not, which is why a scan is built out of tags rather than out of a search box. Everything we return — the video, its play count, the creator's follower count, the contact in their bio — is public on the profile it came from.
What is amplification, exactly?
Plays divided by the creator's own follower count. It is a measure of how far a video travelled beyond the audience that already existed for it. A 6,785-follower account with a 6.7M-play video scores about 987x; a million-follower account with a million plays scores 1x. Ranking this way is what surfaces the first creator and buries the second.
Will every creator have an email?
No, and any tool that promises otherwise is generating addresses rather than finding them. In one measured scan of #caloriedeficit, 25 of 69 unique creators had a contactable address — 36%. The rest are still in your results, graded bio_link or dm_only, so you can see exactly what you would be settling for.
Do you show audience demographics?
No. Follower age, gender and location require follower-graph access we do not have, and we would rather say so than model a number and print it on a chart. If audience demographics are the thing you are buying, an incumbent that has that access is the honest recommendation.
How long does a scan take?
A single hashtag comes back in about ten seconds — one measured run of #caloriedeficit took 9.8s. A full sweep of about 12 hashtags takes a couple of minutes and returns roughly 1,000 videos, which collapse into several hundred unique creators.
What does a scan cost?
10 credits, whatever the sweep returns. Starter is 500 credits a month, so about 50 scans; Growth is 2,000 and Scale is 6,000. Refreshing a single creator's profile costs 1. A new account starts with 50 credits, which is five scans before anything is charged.
Is there an API?
Yes — api.reachara.com, serving the same scans and the same creator rows the dashboard shows. It is deliberately the same application behind one balance, so an API key and a browser session spend from the same credits rather than from two allowances you have to top up separately. API access is included from the Growth plan.
How is this different from Modash or Upfluence?
They index tens of millions of creator profiles and sell you search plus audience demographics, sales-led, starting in the hundreds of dollars a month. Reachara does one narrower thing — finds the videos breaking out in a niche right now and the reachable creators behind them — self-serve, from $49. If you need a searchable global index or demographics, buy theirs.
